1.1 Commissioned products may take 4-6 weeks to finish, starting from the date the order is confirmed. However, as my pieces are handcrafted pieces, timelines are not guaranteed.
1.2 The mailing of commissioned products is dependent upon the shipping company, weather conditions, and chosen shipping options.
1.3 Tracking information for shipped products is not guaranteed.
2. Special Requests:
2.1 If there is no “special request” box provided during the ordering process, any special requests should be made via email to beadsxbeans@gmail.com, and no other email is acceptable.
2.2 If you make a mistake in the “special request” box, it is your responsibility to promptly correct the information by contacting us via email or phone.

3.2 Adjustments to shipping information are not always guaranteed.
